DESCRIPTION

Engineering, Management, and Implementation

  • Project and Documentation: Development of comprehensive detailed engineering, certification management, and delivery of final technical documentation (CAO).
  • Operations and Safety: Implementation of a construction site and technical office on the operational premises, ensuring the institute’s continuity under a strict Health and Safety program in critical areas.

Civil Infrastructure and Soils

  • Conduits and Manholes: Trenching with interference verification, pipe laying (PVC/HDPE Triple Pipe), and construction of reinforced concrete inspection chambers.
  • Earthworks and Restoration: Manual excavation with cable protection, compaction, concrete paving, and landscaping of affected areas.

Electrical Installation and Connection

  • Power Conductors: Supply and laying of larger-gauge feeders and distribution conductors, with identification and organization of circuits by service type.
  • Support and Connection: Installation of ladder-type cable trays and comprehensive wiring in switchgear and control panels, including service entrances from automatic transfer switches.

Switchboard and Electrical Room Upgrades

  • Electrical Room Optimization: Refurbishment of the existing room, integration with current systems, and closure of cable trays for operational safety.
  • Expansion of the Low-Voltage Main Panel: Installation of a new column associated with the main low-voltage panel, including an 800A busbar assembly and molded-case circuit breakers.
