Owner´s Engineer Services
- Early Definitions: Basic engineering design, pre-feasibility studies, preliminary studies (EIA), technical specifications, and reference budgets.
- Detailed Engineering Development: Preparation of detailed engineering for the expansion of the Maranzana I & II and BHS (132/11.5 kV) substations, the BHS interconnection via a 132 kV transmission line, the grounding system, and the design of the Data Center (6,125 m²).
- Electrical Studies: Simulations using PSS/E software (Siemens), power and short-circuit flow analysis, 132 kV busbar capacity analysis, transient stability analysis, electromagnetic field analysis, audible noise analysis, and radio interference analysis.
- Tender and Contract Management: Support in contractor selection and preparation of framework agreements for subcontractor contracts.
- Planning: Development of the work plan, monitoring of objectives, and progress certification.
Management and Supervision of Infrastructure Works for Transformer Substations and Interconnection
- Works at the 132 kV Maranzana I and II Substations: Construction of concrete foundations for central and lateral gantries, the transmission line (TL) service entrance, and the transformer antenna.
- Electromechanical Power Installation: Installation of equipment at the substation for the transmission line (TL) service entrance, transformer bay adjustment, and cable ducting.
- Technical Buildings (Kiosks): Construction of Kiosk No. 3 (70 m²), manholes, conduits, and provision of materials for equipment foundations.
- Quality Control and Testing: Verification and control procedures for standard tests on high-voltage equipment, devices, and materials.
Datacenter Architecture and Engineering
- Review: Review of the preliminary design regarding architecture, electrical installations, and plumbing.
- Final Project Definition: Development of the detailed design and engineering for the Data Center (175m x 35m).
- Permits and Authorizations: Comprehensive processing with municipal authorities to obtain building permits and submission of regulatory plans.
Infrastructure on Private and Public Land
- Security Infrastructure: Construction of a fire pump room with Durlock F-60 partitions, external/internal water network, and fire room wall.
- Urbanization Works: Municipal paving and curb and gutter work for streets, vehicle access ramps, foundations for a metal pergola, and perimeter fence.
- Installations and Finishes: Electrical work for construction sites, general metalwork, construction of slabs for a guardhouse, FR-60 partitions, and installation of microcement flooring.
Supervision, Commissioning / Pre-commissioning. Commissioning, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Decommissioning
- Decommissioning: Execution of the technical decommissioning plan and removal of infrastructure at the end of the project lifecycle.
- Construction Supervision: Ongoing on-site supervision of civil and electromechanical specialties, quality inspection, and resolution of technical issues.
- Document and Safety Management (HSE): Implementation of a digital platform (SIGO) for document control and backup support, along with auditing of electrical safety and risk management programs.
- Commissioning: Execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning protocols, comprehensive support until the commissioning of electrical and civil works, and approval of CAO documents.
- Operation and Maintenance (O&M): Management of preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure the operational continuity of the infrastructure.
