Inauguration of the Loma Campana – Aguada Pichana East High Voltage Line

Dreicon participated in the inauguration of the 132kV Loma Campana – Aguada Pichana East High Voltage Line, key to the sustainability of Vaca Muerta.

Alejandro Bellorini, CEO of Dreicon, and Francisco Zambón, Regional Manager, represented the company at the inauguration of the 132kV Loma Campana – Aguada Pichana East High Voltage Line, a strategic project for energy production in our country. The governor of the province, Rolando Figueroa, also participated in the inauguration ceremony organized by Total Austral.
During the event, Catherine Remy, Country Chair of TotalEnergies, highlighted the excellent teamwork of all involved stakeholders and the company’s leadership in this fundamental milestone for the development of Vaca Muerta with lower emissions and greater sustainability. Dreicon was present throughout all stages of the project, providing its expertise in design, engineering, inspection, technical representation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
The energy transition is a shared value between TotalEnergies and Dreicon, and this project reinforces both companies commitment to innovation and efficiency in the industry.

The next challenge: the comprehensive electrification of Vaca Muerta

The next step is to advance the electrification of the entire Vaca Muerta region. Within this framework, Dreicon, in collaboration with EPEN, is in the final phase of the Comprehensive Planning Study for the Electrification of Vaca Muerta, commissioned by the Government of Neuquén and funded by the CFI. This work will lay the foundations for more sustainable and efficient energy development in the area.
